Gold Coast Beach Parade is a world record attempt for the greatest number of people in koala ear visors in a beach parade. Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast. Charity Of Choice - Currumbin Wildlife Hospital Foundation.
Each entry receives a wristband and an official participants Koala ear visor.
Each entry must make a donation direct to our Charity of Choice - Currumbin wildlife Hospital Foundation to be eligible to walk. Each registered participant, will receive an official participant wristband and will receive an official Koala ear visor. You must wear their official participant wristband and visor during the entire parade to be counted. *you can buy additional visors.
Children 16 years and under must have parental permission to participate.
Event Day timings:
Check in: 8 am to 11 am
Parade start: 11 am
Event end: 2.30 pm
You can buy additional limited edition Koala ear visor for your friends or the family members that are not walking. This will be available to collect at Burleigh Beach after the walk has been completed. You will require id or proof of purchase.
You must register prior to the event. No registrations will be accepted on the day.
This is a COVID Safe event, so please do not attend if you are feeling unwell.
Should weather or other circumstances cause the event to be delayed, an alternate date will be allocated and all participants will be notified
