A delicious Lilydale food package has been perfectly paired with a selection of exquisite Mudgee wines, proudly presented by Mudgee Tourism, for the enjoyment of VIP guests.
Visitors to the Lilydale VIP Area will enjoy 2 cocktails on arrival, Lilydale Canapes and a main meal, a Taste of Mudgee Wine paired to your Lilydale meal, free sparkling water, ambient music and the best seats in the house, all at the spectacular Cruise Bar.

Friday – Mini burger of honey grilled haloumi with dukkah crusted Lilydale chicken roasted cherry tomato olive paste and tzatziki
Saturday – Lilydale Chicken, celery and almond mini bagel with tarragon mayo and watercress and shredded radish salad
Sunday – Lilydale Chicken and wild mushroom risotto with asparagus spears and parmesan crisp

Day 1 – Lilydale chicken, saffron and capers on couscous with coriander leaves

Moothi Estate 2014 Semillon
Pale yellow in colour with aromas of citrus fruit and herbs. The palate is well balanced and is rich with lemon and lime flavours. While young this wine will maintain a zesty finish but has a great potential for rich honey characters to develop over time.
Vinifera Wines 2013 Tempranillo
Vinifera Wines has been growing Tempranillo for 20 years and consistently make medium bodied soft reds with generous cherry, earthy &red berry flavours with a gentle, soft savoury finish. Good cellaring potential.
Gooree Park Sparkling Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon
This red Sparkling wine is full of red and blackberry aromas on a sweet strawberry background. Fruit flavours are persisting on the medium palate giving way to a crisp finish. It has medium bodied structure.
Heslop 2013 Merlot
Our 2013 Merlot suggests ripe cherries and hints of cedar on the nose. The palate is medium-bodied with spicy, red berry characters supported by subtle oak and soft tannins.
Blue Wren 2013 Verdelho
A fresh and lively wine showing ripe pear and citrus with floral notes on the nose and palate. Some fruit sugar has been retained to balance the palate, yielding an enjoyable wine for everyday drinking.
Blue Wren 2015 Verdelho White Port – for something a bit different!
This fortified wine has earned itself quite a cult following, made from Verdelho grapes it has a rich tropical flavour, with a sweet luscious taste. Can be poured over ice with lime as an excellent aperitif, or as anafter dinner drink with cheese.
Farmers Daughter 2015 Semillon Sauvignon Blanc
Straw green in colour. Lifted citrus nose with notes of passionfruit and mixed tropical fruits. A refreshing palate withcitrus, spicy and grassy characters typically associated with this blend.
Ernest Schuetz 2012 Passo Doble Cabernet Sauvignon
Our Passo Doble is made by the ancient Ripasso method. This is a very rich and textured wine with lingering flavours of savoury oak, exotic spice and morello cherry.
Ernest Schuetz 2013 Saint Isabel Pinot Blanc Gris
Intense rich stone fruit flesh with supporting spiced oak, a creamy mid palate texture with a cleansing acid finish.
Baker Williams Limoncello –
Lemons sourced from Mudgee, Grattai & the Bilpin region deliver flavour in abundance. Zingy citrus meets voluptuous sweetness! The Perfect after dinner treat.
